Quantity Surveyor (Junior / Senior Positions Available)

• A1 main contractor
• Tender / Project-based opportunities available
• Large scale buildings / infrastructure projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and budgets for construction projects.
• Manage tendering processes, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.
• Monitor project costs and track variations to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Conduct site measurements and valuations for interim payments and final accounts.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants on cost-related issues.
• Assist in contract administration, including reviewing contracts and managing claims.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of QS experience in main contractor company handling large scale buildings/infrastructure projects
• Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will be considered for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
• Able to communicate effectively to liaise with client & sub-contractors
• At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering
• 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
