Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum X years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Proven experience in waterproofing, concrete repair, spalling rectification, and epoxy / PU coatings.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tenders for relevant works.
• Evaluate and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Assist in contract administration including claims and variations.
• Support value engineering and tender negotiations.
