Job summary

A prominent construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage budget estimates and procurement for building projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying, along with at least two years of relevant experience in local construction projects. Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, preparing tenders, and managing materials. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years relevant working experience in local building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for budget estimates, materials/out-sourcing, and costing.
• Prepare tender, quotations, variation orders, BQ, cost planning.
• Liaise with suppliers and control budget on materials.
• Attend to procurement of materials and tools as needed.

• Responsible for the preparation of tender, quotations, variation orders, BQ, Cost planning & etc…….
• Liaise with Supplier / Budget control on material / Material management for projects’ requirement
• Attend to the procurement of materials, tools and equipments as requisite by project site
