Roles & Responsibilities :

• Conduct site visits,understand requirements, and prepare cost estimates (with PM/QS support).
• Present proposals clearlyand follow up consistently to close deals.
• Update clients on project progress.
• Assist in handover,warranty documents and after-sales follow-up.
• Attend Architect, Consultant and Maincon meeting when needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant sales or marketing experience (Construction)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Some background or exposure in marketing is preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
