Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a professional for project contract management and procurement. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of Quantity Surveyors (QS) and manage contractual disputes, ensuring all projects meet budget, quality, and timeline targets. Applicants should possess either a degree (5 years experience) or diploma (10 years experience) in Civil/Building/QS, with bilingual capabilities in English and Chinese. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement and project contract management.
• Supervise QS team on contract matters and supplier selection.
• Liaise with management to resolve contractual disputes.
• Support the project team in achieving project targets.
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
• Manage QS team in contract administration.
• Control departmental activities for productivity.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to QS team.
