We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support tendering, cost estimation, and commercial management for projects involving waterproofing works, concrete repair, epoxy/PU coatings, and repair & redecoration works.
This role involves BQ preparation, quotation evaluation, cost analysis, and contract support, working closely with project managers, site teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and main contractors.
Suitable for entry-level or early-career QS candidates seeking hands‑on experience in specialist construction works.
Assist in preparing tenders for waterproofing, concrete repair, epoxy/PU coatings, and R&R works
Call, compile, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) and quantity take‑offs
Measure quantities for roofs, slabs, parapets, concrete repair, and coating systems
Support preparation of cost breakdowns, progress claims, variations, and final accounts
Assist in evaluating subcontractor and supplier claims
Review drawings and specifications and support technical/commercial clarifications
Maintain costing records, spreadsheets, and tender documentation
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
Entry‑level candidates welcome; relevant internship or site experience is an advantage
Basic understanding of construction drawings, BQ measurement, and cost estimation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF review tools
Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
Willingness to learn with good communication and teamwork skills
