Job summary

A construction management firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee measurements, contract administration, and claims preparation. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Civil Engineering/Construction is preferred. The role involves sourcing sub-contract quotations, drafting agreements, and managing claims effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related working experience.
• Candidates with more than 10 years of QS experience may qualify for a Senior QS position.

Responsibilities

• Measuring of Quantity taking from drawings.
• Sourcing for quotations for sub-contracts.
• Drafting and preparing sub-contract agreements and letters.
• Submission of main contract variations and claims.
• Preparation for making claims and administration of sub-contract accounts.
• Conducting interviews of subcontractors and preparing their claims.
