Job summary

Job Responsibilities
  • Seeking tender opportunity
  • Attend site briefing before tendering the project.
  • Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required.
  • Obtaining sub‑contractor’s quotation for various trade
  • Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Senior QS for pricing.
  • Prepare for final submission and follow up with Tender Questionnaire reply and Interview.
  • Monitoring progress and liaising with vendor.
  • Attending site meeting for on‑going project.
  • Process VO and preparing final accounts.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.

You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self‑motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in QS course or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in ID industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Gebiz tender portal would be an advantage.
  • Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively
