- Salary Package: Up to $5500 + Commission + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage in outdoor sales initiatives to secure new clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on profit margins and revenue generation.
- Analyze market conditions, costs, competition, and supply-demand factors to optimize gross profit and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Participate actively in contract negotiations, including discussions on pricing and terms & conditions with clients.
- Monitor and evaluate performance through daily reporting and conduct monthly review meetings to identify potential improvements.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and add value.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
