Job summary

A leading 3PL company in Singapore is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT to handle job instructions and coordinate with the warehouse team. Responsibilities include generating reports, interfacing with customers, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate should have at least 'O' Level education, 1 year of administrative and customer service experience, and good English proficiency. Qualifications

  • At least 'O' Level or diploma and above.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of administrative & customer service experience.
  • Able to read, write and speak English well.
  • PC literate and good English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and process customer job instructions to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations team.
  • Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports.
  • Interface with customers to answer queries.
  • Document all completed jobs accurately.
