Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist the Project Manager in planning and tracking project progress. The ideal applicant will possess strong coordination and communication skills, along with proficiency in documentation and tools like Excel and Word. Key responsibilities include managing project documents, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with timelines. The position offers a salary range of $$2500 - 3000, negotiable, and prefers candidates who are Singaporean, PR, or Malaysian.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage documents (drawings, submissions, RFIs, quotations).
- Track costs, variation claims, and purchase orders.
- Arrange meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures and timelines.
Skills
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
