The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managingthe daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effectiveworkflows, inventory management, and the supervision of warehouse staff. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management,excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe andproductive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Management:
   • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products andmaterials.
   • Ensure efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
   • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in tracking,reporting, and stocking.
   • Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse operations,optimizing space utilization and workflow efficiency.
2. Staff Supervision:
   • Supervise warehouse associates, ensuring high performance and apositive work environment.
   • Delegate tasks and manage daily schedules to ensure operationaltargets are met.
3. Inventory Control:
   • Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts andaudits.
   • Collaborate with Sales and Purchase departments to forecastinventory needs and ensure adequate stock levels.
   • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory levels ordamaged goods.
4. Process Improvement:
   • Analyse performance metrics to identify inefficiencies andrecommend solutions.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, andorder fulfilment.
   • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance,including productivity, inventory levels, and safety incidents.
   • Preparing budgets and scheduling expenditures in coordinationwith finance department.
6. Customer Service:
   • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely and accurateorder fulfilment.
   • Address any customer or operational issues related to thewarehouse and provide resolutions promptly.
