Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate office asset register, including tagging, tracking, and periodic checks.

  • Assist with coordination of repairs and servicing.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks.
  • Support staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure cleanliness of office and facilities.
  • Assist in simple facilities-related tasks.
  • Provide support for other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for comprehensive office asset management, including maintaining an accurate asset register, implementing tracking systems, and conducting regular physical verifications. It oversees the full asset lifecycle from acquisition and maintenance to disposal, ensuring compliance and efficient vendor management. Additionally, the role supports daily facilities operations and administrative tasks, including staff onboarding/offboarding and coordinating office upkeep and ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an accurate office asset register, including tagging, tracking, and periodic physical checks
  • Support the purchase, maintenance, and disposal of office assets in accordance with guidelines
  • Assist with basic coordination of repairs, servicing, and vendors for office equipment
  • Handle day-to-day office administration, such as answering calls and issuing stationery and shared equipment (e.g. microphones, projectors)
  • Support staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including photo ID issuance and access card collection
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure office, pantry, and meeting rooms are clean and orderly
  • Assist in simple facilities-related tasks, such as minor works coordination, power shutdowns, fire drills, and preventive maintenance
  • Provide support for other ad-hoc administrative and facilities duties as assigned
