Our Client, a distribution and supply of thermoplastic piping systems company in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position asSales Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Administration & Order Processing
    • Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders

    • Coordinate order confirmation, delivery schedules, and invoicing

    • Maintain accurate sales records, pricing, and customer data in the system

  • Customer & Internal Coordination
    • Act as a liaison between customers, sales engineers, supply chain, and warehouse

    • Handle customer enquiries on order status, delivery timelines, and documentation

    • Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders

  • Project & Delivery Support
    • Support project-based sales by coordinating material availability and delivery schedules

    • Track order progress from confirmation to delivery

    • Assist in resolving delivery, quality, or documentation issues

  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Prepare and check sales-related documents such as quotations, DOs, invoices, and packing lists

    • Maintain proper filing of customer contracts, POs, and correspondence

    • Prepare basic sales reports, order summaries, and follow-up lists

  • After-Sales & Customer Support
    • Support after-sales activities including handling feedback, complaints, and coordination of returns (if any)

    • Assist sales team in maintaining good customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales Administration, or related field
  • Profession in Excel & Outgoing Personality

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Location : Woodland / Yishun(1st Half 2026 onward)

  • Working Days/Hours : 5 days
