2. Team & Stakeholder Management
   Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and ensuring collaboration.
   Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
   Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making processes.
3. Budget & Resource Management
   Estimate costs, allocate resources, and control expenditures to stay within budget.
   Identify and resolve resource constraints or conflicts.
4. Risk & Issue Management
   Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   Troubleshoot project roadblocks and implement solutions.
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance
   Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
   Adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
6. Reporting & Documentation
   Maintain project documentation, including reports, change logs, and post-mortems.
   Provide performance metrics and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
