Summary for Project Manager

• Basic : $ 6700 + Allowance + AWS
• 5.5 days / Office Hours

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management activities, including design, submittals, procurement, construction supervision, and final handover.
• Organize and control all project elements, identifying contractual discrepancies and implementing commercial, technical, and site risk‑mitigation measures while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Business Development, Tender, Cost Control, and Service departments to support smooth project execution.
• Manage conceptual studies, coordination with authorities, pre‑design and detailed design development, procurement, subcontractor management, construction and installation works, as well as testing and commissioning for all building and M&E facilities.
• Liaise with consultants, data‑centre owners, and building landlords to ensure full compliance with mission‑critical facility requirements and project specifications.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience will have added advantage
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
