Job summary
A technology solutions provider seeks a Project Manager in Singapore. The role involves delivering technology solutions using C#/ASP.NET and leading project teams. Candidates should have 5 years of project management experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. Adaptability and goal orientation are crucial for success in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications

- Experience in designing and implementing systems using C#/ASP.NET.
- Willingness to work extended hours during project peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team to support the project.
- Plan, execute, and prepare reports during UAT.
- Identify and recommend improvements for system or data deficiencies.

ROLE:
The Project Manager will be a critical member of the team responsible for the delivery of technology solutions utilizing C#/ASP.NET technology or other similar system architecture. He/she will be involved in the full SDLC cycle of the system with experience in system integration. To succeed in this role you must be a self-starter and have a positive attitude towards learning technical, business and industry concepts.
- Grasp and understand business domain knowledge within a short timeframe.
- Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics, communicate to users, and resolve all issues raised by users during UAT and operations.
- Manage and coordinate with external partners and vendors.
- Manage and lead a team to support the project.
- Communicate to internal team and external users for all clarifications.
- Conduct walk through and clarification training sessions with external users where applicable.
- Prepare and update documentation and reports where required.
- Identify system or data deficiencies and discrepancies, and recommend appropriate improvements and changes.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Candidates with a relevant IT diploma may also apply.
- Experience in designing and implementing C#, ASP.NET systems using OO related concepts in NTier architecture will be advantageous.
- 5 years of experience in Project Management of medium or large scale projects.
- Experience in project delivery in systems integration.
- Knowledge of Biometrics, multi-media analytics, access control, robotics is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills is required.
- Good management of time and able to set and adjust priorities for tasks according to changes in project activities.
- Versatile and able to adapt readily & effectively to unexpected or changing conditions.
- Goal-Oriented with strong drive and initiative to deliver. Self-motivated. Able to meet deadlines.
- Good team player. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work extended hours during project peak period.
