About the role

As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of construction projects across Singapore. Responsible for managing on-site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, this full‑time position is pivotal to the company's continued growth and expansion.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the day‑to‑day activities of construction teams on site
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule
  • Ensuring construction activities adhere to all relevant safety, quality and environmental standards
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to address concerns and facilitate seamless project delivery
  • Reviewing and approving technical drawings, permits and other documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing progress reports to management
  • Providing guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
  • Min 2 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction-focused role
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and applicable regulations
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and project management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
