A leading IT solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a professional to digitize forms using the ServiceNow CreateNow Development Suite. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in developing complex digital forms and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, collaborating with teams, and ensuring solution quality. Strong management, troubleshooting, and customer management skills are essential for this role.
The role involves digitizing forms using the ServiceNow CreateNow Development Suite. You will work closely with business users to gather requirements and clarify project scope. As a subject matter expert and consultant, you will be responsible for developing and troubleshooting ServiceNow forms and business process flows. Collaboration with the application delivery team is essential to integrate and improve digital forms used across the business.
You will follow standard software development processes and promote best practices, including streamlining build and release strategies, conducting peer code reviews, and incorporating automation tools to reduce manual effort. Working alongside the application delivery team, you will ensure solution quality and integrity. Meeting tight delivery deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively will be critical to ensure timely completion of all deliverables. You will also lead knowledge‑sharing sessions to discuss technologies and tools with the team, document application configurations thoroughly, and provide training to users and backup administrators.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in creating ServiceNow forms using CreateNow. You should be skilled in implementing complex digital forms tailored to different business needs and users, and have proven experience developing custom, complex workflows on the CreateNow ServiceNow platform. Familiarity with SDLC guidelines and best practices is essential. A positive attitude and persistence are needed to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while managing multiple priorities. Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design and writing optimized queries, is expected. Additionally, hands‑on experience developing high‑availability, multi‑tiered web applications and working in an Agile (Scrum) environment is required. Strong self‑motivation, communication, and customer management skills complete the ideal profile.
