Key Responsibilities

1. Increase the number of qualified leads and drive sales to meet the fiscal year sales targets.
2. Track unique and responsive lead interactions per month
3. Meet basic sales targets, providing supporting evidence for any shortfalls during monthly sales meetings.
4. Prepare and update sales forecasts, providing clear and actionable insights to management.
5. Product and Market Expertise:
   1. Gain a deep understanding of our product and its benefits, ensuring effective communication to potential customers.
   2. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
   3. Ideate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
6. Leadership and Training:
   1. Hire, train, and manage remote, part-time, and/or intern staff to support sales and business development activities.
   2. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
7. Customer Relationship Management:
   1. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining their trust and providing excellent customer service
   2. Collect and utilize customer feedback to improve products and services.
   3. Engage with customers regularly to understand their pain points and needs.
8. Marketing Support - Provide support in development and execution of marketing strategies, whilst promoting our online presense
9. Project Management Support - Provide support to Project Management function, including Project Management of smaller projects
