Project Management à Singapour

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of 230kV power plant project at Jurong Island. The role includes overseeing project execution, managing electrical installations, and ensuring all work complies with relevant industry and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution of 230kV power plant projects.

• Oversee generic electrical installations

• Manage executive installation works, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and specifications.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.

• Oversee all site activities, including construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.

• Review and approve technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.

• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure full compliance with EMA, NEA, and MOM requirements.

• Lead project meetings, risk assessments, and stakeholder reporting.

• Ensure that health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are met at all times.

• Resolve project issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management

• Experience with HV (230kV) or power generation project is a MUST

• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s energy regulatory frameworks and safety standards.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Working location at Changi Area and handle project in Jurong Island
