Job description

• Leading the overall planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning and qualification projects.
• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery in line with client expectations.
• Supervising cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring all commissioning and qualification activities (HVAC systems, bioutilities, thermal mapping, etc.) are aligned with project objectives.
• Reporting regularly to senior management and clients on project status, milestones, and outcomes.

About you:

• 5–7 years of project management experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong track record in leading commissioning and qualification projects involving site facilities, HVAC, utilities, equipment, and systems.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication effectively.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, EMA guidelines).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
