Glyph Plus is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development and Projects Manager. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to meaningful projects within our organization.
- Lead strategic partnership development with government agencies, schools, nonprofits, and corporate entities
- Direct the design and management of holistic education programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Mentor and guide interns to design programmes in-line with our pedagogy
- Serve as the primary liaison between Glyph Plus and key stakeholders, ensuring strong community engagement and stakeholder relations
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting for business development initiatives and education programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across operations, programs, and partnership strategies
- Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in business administration, education, social sciences, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
