Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager with a degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring project specifications are met. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in BTO and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Report to Directors.
- Ensure projects are work within timelines and budget.
- Review the equipments / materials requisitions.
- Manage correspondence and documentation with Clients, Consultants and contractors.
- Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and all subcontractors' work.
- With strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with clients and suppliers.
- Conduct meetings with project team to identify issues encountered during construction period and ensure effective resolution.
- Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
- Resolving any technical difficulties and problems that may arise on site.
- Participating and engaging in tender process i.e. design, submission and review.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognised by Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board/BCA.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in BTO.
- Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office.
- Passion in people and project management.
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
- Good written and communication skills.
