Job Scopes
  • Serves as a critical link between on-site operations and overall project management, ensuring efficient execution, adherence to quality and safety standards and continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Monitor and review the master construction program, prepare catch-up plans and adjust site schedules to minimize delays, thereby ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to manage manpower, materials and equipment efficiently, optimizing resource utilization for enhanced productivity.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies and on-site technical challenges before work commencement.
  • Assist in preparing preliminary budgets and monitor cost reports to ensure project expenses remain within forecasted limits, contributing to overall project profitability.
  • Review method statements, risk assessments, and work instructions, enforce compliance with quality and safety standards, driving improvements in work processes and minimizing risks.
  • Prepare, maintain and present detailed progress reports and site documentation for internal review and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with site personnel, subcontractors and consultants to communicate project status, clarify issues and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Identify potential risks and inefficiencies on-site, propose and implement process improvements and contribute strategic insights that support enhanced project delivery and overall operational excellence.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
Job Requirements
  • Possess bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction related degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in completed condominium or large projects as Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulatory requirements.
