Overview

Job Title: Project Manager (D6035). Location: City Hall. Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Salary: $9000-$11000.

Responsibilities

1. Study the given project and develop a master program and site facilities planning to meet the contractual schedule.
2. Plan the project budget, quality plan and manpower to meet the project’s budget and contract requirements.
3. Lead the staff in working with clients/consultants on the project work scope to achieve satisfactory quality and workmanship.
4. Collaborate with HQ Respective Departments on the site budget, safety management system and ISO documentation.
5. Prepare the staff for their roles and responsibilities and highlight the project objectives and company policies.
6. Work with the WSHO Officer to establish a framework that ensures site compliance with statutory requirements such as safety, ECM control, noise control, vector control, etc.
7. Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance and training programs.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience (Singapore) in Residential Condo, Factory, Office, Warehouse projects and at least one project as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering n.e.c (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials).
