Job Description

Reporting to: Project Director

Responsibilities
  • Manage scopes of ACMV/HVAC and ensure adherence to contract obligations related to company scope.
  • Oversee project cost management and ensure timely reporting and communication with clients, stakeholders, and workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering practices and safety implementations in project management.
  • Plan and implement project schedules, procurement processes, cost management, and contractual fulfilment.
  • Lead and coordinate with team engineers and coordinators to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
  • Supervise testing and commissioning of necessary systems and structures.
  • Implement and govern the safety management system on site.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in healthcare facilities (hospitals, labs, operating theatres).
  • Experience in commercial or industrial buildings (warehouses, factories).
  • Experience with government projects and data centers.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience in BIM is preferred. Candidates willing to learn and achieve BIM skills/qualifications will be supported.
