Job summary
A leading technology services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead regional/global network infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in project management, especially in the network infrastructure domain, with strong communication and risk management skills. This role will handle vendor coordination and ensure projects align with business goals, including possible weekend work commitments.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years’ experience in network infrastructure and project management.
- Background in financial institutions or consulting preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with complex integrations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end network infrastructure projects including LAN/WAN.
- Define project scope, schedule, budget, and risk plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for successful delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver regional/global network infrastructure projects. You will oversee project planning, execution, and vendor coordination, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals. The role requires a proactive approach to risk management, a commitment to direct communication across teams and stakeholders, and the flexibility to support weekend work.
- Manage end-to-end network infrastructure projects (LAN/WAN, wireless, cabling, etc.)
- Define project scope, schedule, budget, and risk plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and stakeholder communications
- Drive UAT, training, and communication efforts for seamless rollout
- Manage vendor engagements, contracts, and procurement processes
- 8–10 years’ experience in network infrastructure and project management
- Background in financial institutions or consulting preferred
- Strong technical knowledge (Cisco, AWS, PMP, ITIL certifications a plus)
- Experience in network implementation and complex integrations
- Proficient in budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder management
- Strong communicator, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
