Job summary

A leading signage company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee signage projects from concept to completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, and installation schedules while coordinating with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project management experience in signage or construction, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software. A valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of signage fabrication and installation methods.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee signage projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, installation schedules, and coordinate closely with clients, designers, and fabrication teams to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage signage projects from design development to final installation.
  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, procurement, and installation) to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine installation requirements and constraints.
  • Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
  • Oversee fabrication and installation works to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure all works comply with local regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in the signage, interior fit-out, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of signage fabrication, installation methods, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
