Project Executive | Cybersecurity

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Location: Central
• Remuneration: Up to $6,500

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support IT and technology project delivery. The successful candidate will assist in managing IT projects independently and provide support for larger technology initiatives including software development and cybersecurity platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project plans and timelines while coordinating daily activities and tracking deliverables across technology teams.
• Maintain project documentation, track costs, and prepare reports and status updates for diverse audiences.
• Support cross-functional projects by coordinating between development and cybersecurity teams, tracking schedules, milestones, and compliance.
• Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, distribute updates, and organize project meetings across time zones.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and respond promptly to customer queries on technical matters.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and cloud service providers to ensure timely delivery and maintain regular communication.
• Monitor project expenses including licenses, cloud services, hardware, and contractors; assist in resource allocation and scheduling.
• Schedule and coordinate software development lifecycle activities such as requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
• Support testing and implementation of cybersecurity platforms (SIEM/SOAR), maintaining documentation and coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Identify potential budget variances and report findings with supporting data to senior project managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), networking concepts, and project management tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic cybersecurity tools and testing procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
