Job Scope:

• Manage and oversee ACMV projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and budget tracking.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to plan.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor material usage and procurement planning to avoid project delays.

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ACMV or related M&E projects.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
