Job summary

A construction project management company in Singapore is seeking a candidate responsible for the preparation and submission of project documentations, assisting in material planning, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the M&E Engineering or construction industry and possesses good communication and planning skills. This role is critical in ensuring project success and smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in M&E Engineering / Construction industry.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and submission of project documentations from commencement to completion.
  • Assist in planning for materials, equipment and resources.
  • Coordinate with maincon, subcon, building owner, consultant on project matters.
  • Supervise technicians and workers.

Proficient in MS Office Applications

Education

Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation and submission of projectdocumentations/ reports from commencement to completion of project (eg. Risk Assessment, requisitions, schedule, drawings, reports, etc).

  2. Assist in planning for material, equipment and resource required according to project specifications and requirements and ensure budget and cost are in control

  3. Coordinate with maincon, subcon, building owner, consultant, etc on project matters

  4. Supervises technicians/ workers

  5. Ensure proper filing of project documentations and reports

  6. Prepare project activities and schedules report, etc

  7. Assist in preparing quotes, propose or recommend works to customer to generate sales

  8. Efficient planning and maintain positive productivity with allocated resources

  9. Assist in preparations of quotations, attend site survey, when necessary

  10. Provide administrative support to superior when necessary;

  11. Any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in M&E Engineering / Construction industry

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

  • Good planning, organizing, coordination and follow-up skills

  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
