This role involves coordinating design processes, managing submissions to authorities, and overseeing project timelines. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant field and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Offers a gross monthly salary of $3,000 to $4,000 based on experience. Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in development management, architecture, consultancy, project & facilities management, or engineering is preferred.
• Basic understanding of design processes and construction terminology.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Support the full development lifecycle for projects.
