Project Manager (Renovation Projects) – Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to oversee renovation projects from planning to completion.

This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while coordinating clients, designers, site teams, and subcontractors. You will be the key person responsible for execution on the ground and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
  • Manage renovation projects from handover to completion

  • Develop project schedules, work plans, and timelines

  • Coordinate site activities, manpower, and subcontractors

  • Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and scope

Site & Quality Management
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and workmanship

  • Identify and resolve site issues promptly

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards

  • Manage rectifications and handover quality checks

Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during project execution

  • Provide regular progress updates and manage expectations

  • Handle site coordination with designers, suppliers, and vendors

  • Resolve client concerns professionally and constructively

Cost, Documentation & Claims
  • Track project costs, variations, and claims

  • Verify subcontractor work progress and payments

  • Ensure proper documentation of approvals, variations, and handovers

  • Support management with reporting and project updates

Team & Coordination
  • Lead and guide site supervisors and coordinators

  • Coordinate closely with office, design, and operations teams

  • Enforce company processes and best practices on site

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing renovation or construction projects

  • Strong knowledge of renovation works, sequencing, and site coordination

  • Familiar with local renovation practices and Singapore regulations

  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; project management tools are an advantage
