A leading technology and engineering group in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Processing Specialist. You will manage payroll for a large organization, requiring meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of payroll experience, proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel. You will be required to work in a team to process payroll for multiple cycles (main & off‑cycle). At the same time, you will also facilitate to ensure that data interfaced from HR Information System to the Payroll System are accurate to ensure accurate and timely salary pay‑outs. Where required, you will be required to provide feedback and highlight improvements to the systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
Correspond with HR business partners to retrieve data and inputs necessary for relevant pay elements.
Report data inaccuracies in payroll systems and report to managers and clients for advice. Highlight and recommend improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain a secured archival of payroll files to support annual and ad‑hoc audit exercises.
Provide clear and concise responses to any queries raised through email by employees and/or clients in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.
