Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Specialist to manage full sets of HR matters, payroll functions, and ensure compliance with laws. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and at least 2 years in HR, with strong knowledge of labor laws and excellent communication skills. This role offers opportunities for on-boarding, recruitment, and employee relations, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experiences across various domains.
  • Highly independent and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of HR matters.
  • Manage payroll functions and ensure timely processing.
  • Ensure compliance for monthly CPF and Tax filings.
  • Prepare HR letters and documents.
  • Manage claims and insurance-related matters.
  • Manage all work pass related matters.
  • Support on-boarding/off-boarding and recruitment.
  • Participate in statutory surveys and government grant submissions.
