Job summary

A local electrical trading company in Singapore is seeking an individual to provide admin and HR support. Responsibilities include issuing delivery orders, assisting with recruitment, preparing HR documents, and managing payroll. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This position offers a 5-day work week with alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Experience in handling foreign workers is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Issue Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, and other paperwork.
  • Assist HR Manager with all HR-related duties.
  • Recruitment and selection.
  • Preparation of HR documents such as employment contracts and policies.
  • Maintain and update HR database.
  • Full spectrum of payroll using Info-tech software.
  • Employee orientation, onboarding and offboarding processes.
