Job summary

A fast-growing company in Singapore is seeking a capable individual to manage the Accounts function. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting transactions, cash flow management, and preparing GST returns. Candidates must have at least an LCCI qualification, be skilled in accounting principles, and have hands-on experience with MYOB. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Minimum LCCI or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Self-motivated and a good team player with excellent interpersonal and organizing skills.
  • Meticulous and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accounting transactions in AR, AP & GL are appropriately recorded on a timely basis.
  • Generate Full Set accounts.
  • Monitor the company cash flow.
  • Prepare and reconcile quarterly GST returns.
  • Co-ordinate with the office team and provide information and support as needed.

e are looking for a capable personnel to handle the Accounts scope of works for our subsidiary and associate companies. The following personnel is to strengthen our company’s position and be an important piece during this expansion period.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Director
  • Ensure the accounting transactions in AR, AP & GL are appropriate and properly recorded on timely basis
  • Generating of Full Set accounts
  • Monitor the company cash flow
  • Responsible for preparation and reconciliation of quarterly GST returns
  • Knowledge in administration and HR related duties such as leave management, pass application, payroll and employee expense claims processing
  • Ensure that necessary statistical reports to the authorities are prepared and returned to the relevant authorities in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate with the office team (operation, marketing, etc.) and provide the information and supports as and when needed
Requirement
  • Minimum LCCI or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience in accounting systems (MYOB)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Self-motivated and a good team player with excellent interpersonal and organizing skills
  • Meticulous and ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and suppliers
