Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to prepare financial statements and manage daily financial operations. The ideal candidate has a Degree in Accounting, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the shipping industry. Strong knowledge of Sage ERP/ACCPAC is a plus. This role offers flexible hours and requires a self-motivated team player.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Shipping industry.
• Knowledge of financial and management reporting.
• Able to perform tax computations, CPF and GST submission.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of financial statements.
• Process and manage daily AR, AP, GL functions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of financial statements

• Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary
• Able to handle financial and management reporting
• Able to perform tax computations (is a plus), CPF and GST submission
• Payroll/HR duties
