Job Description & Requirements
  • To handle and administer the entire on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Sorting candidates’ applications and collate all necessary documents required for identified candidates to be hired.
  • Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Maintain and update employee’s records and ensure personal documents are in in place
  • Liaise with MOM, PLRD, other government agencies, recruitment teams, training school and/or other business units within the company
  • Assist in the annual Security Grading Exercise
  • Coordinating office activities
  • Conducting Research and answering calls and recording messages
  • Liaison person between Corporate and Operations Departments
  • Prepare manpower reports and other ad-hoc reports as assigned
  • Administer payroll, compensation structures, and employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness in pay and benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Conduct investigations into employee issues and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Developing HR policies, updating Employee Handbook and ensure that HR policies are up-to-date and in compliance with the government’s labour legislations and regulations
  • Assist in administrative matters e.g., raising of purchase requisition, liaising with vendors for quotations.
