A renowned early childhood education provider is seeking an Admissions Counsellor to assist in launching a new preschool in Singapore. The role includes engaging with prospective parents, conducting consultations, and supporting admissions processes. Candidates should possess a diploma or higher and have strong interpersonal skills, with preference given to those with experience in customer service or early childhood education. A proactive approach, effective communication in English, and organizational abilities are crucial for success in this position.

The new preschool is scheduled to open in April 2026, and we are seeking an Admissions Counsellor to join the team in preparation for launch.
Provide accurate programme information and present MindChamps’ curriculum to prospective parents
Engage families through online enquiries, walk-ins, events, and referrals
Conduct professional parent consultations and guide them through the enrolment process
Follow up with prospective parents and support enrolment conversion
Maintain positive communication with existing parents and assist with feedback
Support open houses, marketing events, and centre activities
Assist with admissions-related administrative work as assigned by management
Diploma or above in any discipline
Experience in admissions, customer service, early childhood education, counselling, or sales will be advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to communicate effectively in English for parent consultations and documentation
Organised, proactive, and able to manage follow-up tasks independently
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only (as required for preschool licensing compliance)

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekends off
Basic Salary: $3,000 – $5,000
Performance Bonus (based on individual & centre performance)

Start Date: Before February (required to support licence application)
