Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately.

  • Prepare monthly management reports for the Directors.

  • Ensure accounts and record-keeping comply with statutory requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements, including IRAS (tax) regulations.

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns.

  • Assist in the preparation of CPF contributions.

  • Assist in processing payroll for all employees.

  • Manage and maintain employee leave records.

  • Verify employee expense claims.

  • Verify and process supplier invoices and claims.

  • Oversee and handle overall company documentation and administrative work.

  • Assist the Company Director with administrative tasks.

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Provide general office administrative support.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Qualified Singapore Accountant or Bookkeeper.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience in preparing management reports.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace (Business Tools).

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
