About the Role

CCCS International Learning Institute Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and creative Marketing Executive to champion the promotion of our security training courses and professional development programmes. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, attracting prospective learners, and building strong partnerships within the security industry.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of digital marketing, outreach activities, and collaboration with industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote our security training programmes.

  • Manage and enhance the institute’s digital presence—including website updates, social media platforms, and email marketing outreach.

  • Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, course flyers, videos, and digital content.

  • Plan and execute events, seminars, roadshows, and corporate outreach activities to connect with potential trainees and organisations.

  • Work closely with security agencies, training partners, and regulatory bodies (e.g., SkillsFuture, WSQ) to support collaborations, accreditation, and compliance.

  • Monitor, track, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Conduct market research on industry developments, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.

  • Support the sales and business development teams with lead generation, prospect engagement, and conversion initiatives.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (experience in education, training, or the security sector is preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, email marketing tools).
