TLK Events – Events & Festive Lighting Operations
Working Hours: 10am–7pm (Mon–Fri), 5.5 days
Location: 6 Defu South St 1
Start Date: Immediate preferred
TLK Events manages pasar malam operations, food fairs, festive lighting installations, and general event logistics across Singapore. We are a small and collaborative team that values responsibility, teamwork, and clear communication.
As an Event Project Coordinator, you will assist in planning and coordinating event and festive lighting projects from start to finish. The role includes client communication, project operations, basic admin work, and on-site supervision when required.
You will also support the company’s growth by reaching out to potential clients and handling leads. This is part of the job, but the outreach is moderate and team-guided, not a high-pressure sales environment.
Respond to client enquiries and follow up on ongoing discussions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and simple Canva layouts
Attend client meetings (initially with guidance, later independently)
Provide photo/video updates during project progress
Attend site visits for measurements, planning, and supervision
Coordinate with vendors and contractors
Oversee event setups and festive lighting installations
Support activities during key installation days
Handle project-related communication in a timely manner
Assist with vendor sourcing when needed
Maintain project schedules, documents, and invoices
Follow up on outstanding payments when required
Support general team operations
Work with provided leads and incoming enquiries
Identify potential clients via social media, networks, or industry contacts
Reach out to new prospects
Support the team in developing new business opportunities
Commission provided for successful new customer projects
Leave during peak festive periods may require advance planning
Some extended hours during major installation days (off-in-lieu / OT provided)
Typically 2–3 site visits per week
Travel islandwide for meetings and site visits (not daily)
Mix of office-based tasks and outdoor site work
Diploma in any field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Basic Canva; comfortable with WhatsApp and Google Workspace
Comfortable with outdoor work when required
Own transport is an advantage
Commission for successful new customer projects
Off-in-lieu / OT during peak periods
3-month probation (may be shortened for strong performers)
