Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning teams to ensure high-quality performance across all sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service standards and client expectations are met.
  • Manage staffing schedules, manpower deployment, and attendance to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
  • Oversee inventory of cleaning equipment, tools, and consumables; ensure timely replenishment and proper usage.
  • Handle client relationships, including addressing concerns, managing expectations, and presenting improvement plans.
  • Develop and implement operational SOPs for cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor operational costs and work within budget targets.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of cleaning staff.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports, including incident and performance updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cleaning operations management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety standards and hygiene requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or shifts when required.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license preferred.
