Job summary
A leading media organization in Singapore is seeking a Technical Production Coordinator/Executive to manage technical production for events and live shows. The ideal candidate has a degree in Film, Sound and Video production with at least 2 years of relevant experience in technical event production. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical event production including lighting, sound, and video.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of multimedia event production setup.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical production during events and live shows.
- Schedule and coordinate crew for event setup and teardown.
- Operate multimedia equipment when needed.

Education
We are looking for an energetic Technical Production Coordinator/Executive with exceptional coordination skills.
- Coordinate technical production during events, LIVE show productions, and equipment operations
- Scheduling and coordinating crew in the set up and tear down of equipment in an event
- Operate multimedia equipment during productions, when needed
- Assume the role of floor manager during productions
- Degree in Film, Sound and Video production or equivalent
- Good knowledge of multimedia event and videography production setup and systems
- At least 2 years of experience in technical event production, including lighting, sound, video, staging and rigging.
- At least 2 years of experience in delivering multimedia productions – from concept to completion.
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately.
- Ability to problem solve efficiently - resolve issues/makes working decisions within area of specialization or responsibility with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders, internal and external customers and clients.
- Ability to work on non-routine tasks.
- Ability to adapt procedures, operations, techniques, and/or equipment to meet needs of events.
- Team player and ability to lead a team and work effectively with people
- Creative, enthusiastic, hands-on self-starter with effective planning, coordination and project management skills
