  • Prior experience in admin, PA, or start-up environments preferred
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Canva, data entry)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, meticulous, patient, and able to multitask independently
What You Will Be Doing
Administrative & PA Support
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel plans for multiple bosses
  • Handle emails, client calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare slides, reports, and maintain confidential files
  • Assist with client insurance claims and data entry
Marketing & Community Support
  • Film and do basic editing for social media content (TikTok / IG)
  • Create and manage community and broadcast groups
  • Support marketing and event research, coordination, and execution
Event & Project Coordination
  • Organise events, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth operations
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and personal errands for bosses
Salary & Benefits
  • From $2700 - $3100 (based on experience)
