About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Tassets Training Group as a full-time Marketing Assistant. You will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of this leading provider of vocational education and training. Based in the vibrant Queenstown Central Region, this position offers the chance to contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing
  1. Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print and events
  2. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content for the company’s website, social media platforms and other marketing materials
  3. Providing support in organising and coordinating marketing events, workshops and industry exhibitions
  4. Conducting market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends and insights
  5. Maintaining and updating the company’s marketing databases and CRM systems
  6. Providing administrative support to the marketing department as required
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role, preferably within the vocational education or training industry
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different target audiences
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  4. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as content management systems, email marketing platforms and social media channels
  5. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high‑quality, visually appealing marketing materials
  6. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field are highly desirable
