Role

Full-time (up to 2 days remote per week post probation)

We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Marketing professional to drive integrated campaigns and digital strategies that build brand awareness and grow our community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys testing and optimising campaigns.

You will work closely with our business teams to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies. A deep understanding of performance marketing, customer journeys, and stakeholder engagement is key.

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Campaigns

• Turn business goals into focused campaign strategies that are clear, measurable, and actionable
• Lead and execute end-to-end campaigns across digital and offline channels - from early ideas to post-campaign insights
• Build scalable systems for tracking budgets, managing workflows, and optimising the full lead funnel
• Collaborate across teams to make sure messaging and timing align with our wider business priorities

Digital Performance Marketing

• Own our performance channels, including Meta, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing
• Use data to guide decisions - track cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
• Continuously test, learn, and optimise across all digital touch points
• Create clear, useful dashboards and reports to track performance and share results with the team

Brand & Content

• Help shape and protect Agora’s brand identity - ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and visual style across all platforms.
• Develop content and marketing assets independently and with third-party support
• Make sure our online presence (website, social channels, blog) stays fresh, engaging, and parent-friendly
• Stay close to our community - listen, learn, and use feedback to inform messaging and outreach

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a growth environment. Prior experience in the education space is an advantage.
• Highly proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing analytics platforms
• Experience with HubSpot or similar enterprise-grade CRM systems is a must
• Ability to work with clear priorities and deliver against timelines and KPIs
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, using project management tools such as ClickUp to ensure that we don't drop the ball
• A formal degree is helpful but not essential. We care more about what you’ve done and how you think.
