Job description

Our incredible multicultural and fast-paced company has proven itself as a major player in the mobile advertising landscape. Smadex is expanding and looking for an additional high-performing superstar to join as a Director / Senior Sales Manager and help us accelerate our growth in INSEA region.

This position is a hunter role focused on building direct relationships with mobile-first App advertisers and key media agency partners.

Please note that we do NOT provide VISA sponsorship. Priority will be given to candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore.

What You'll Do
  • Own and drive the full sales lifecycle: from prospecting and pitching, to onboarding and early-stage account handover.
  • Present Smadex’s programmatic advertising solutions to C-level executives and senior decision-makers at mobile app companies and leading media agencies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (AdOps, Product, Marketing, Data Science) to ensure strategic alignment and consistent execution across markets.
  • Grow revenues aggressively and exceed quarterly targets through solution-driven consultative selling.
  • Guide clients through UA and retargeting strategies that leverage Smadex’s proprietary tech stack.
  • Share deep knowledge of the mobile ecosystem, programmatic buying, and regional demand-side dynamics.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management using Salesforce, PowerBI, and internal tools.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years in mobile ad tech sales, BD, or partnerships, with at least 3 years in programmatic.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem and MMP integration (e.g., S2S, pixel-based tracking).
  • Demonstrated success closing deals in UA and retargeting for app clients across key verticals (Gaming, FinTech, BFSI, eCommerce).
  • Strategic thinker with proven hunter mentality and deep account management experience.
  • Well-connected with a strong network of C-level and senior contacts across SEA.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable rolling up sleeves to solve problems.
  • Strong communicator - confident in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Fluent in English; additional SEA languages are a plus.
